It’s time to take New Process to the next level. The human-centric BPM approach is becoming more and more accepted and it is becoming clear that companies that put people at the center of their BPM activities are very successful.

But BPM is not an end in itself; the aim is to develop a process-driven organization to turn corporate strategy into reality and achieve sustainable success as a company.

Especially today, many people are talking about automation and the use of AI. But to do this, I need to know my own processes and enable people to use these technologies. And I need a solid basis for this: a real process culture must be established to develop a process-driven organization.

This is precisely the goal I am pursuing with the BPM roadmap:

The first step is to identify the company-specific benefits, the contribution to purpose and strategy, and to develop an appropriate BPM framework.

Subsequently, this BPM framework can be implemented. Essentially, it is about getting people excited about processes and developing a shared understanding of processes.

But modeling is by no means the end of the story. The next step is to enable the people involved to professionally manage and improve the processes. This is where advanced methods such as AI and automation can be used.

This crowdfunding campaign will make it possible to do just that. After successful completion, I will need around two months to prepare the BPM framework for New Process Pro.
